STAMPING GROUND  Woywdw

Well, last week was my second week on the nosey blog hop Whats on Your Workdesk Wednesday.
I spent a happy couple of hours having a good look around.  I visited every blog!  I also tried to leave a comment on all  but sometimes I could not access the page?  Not sure why.

Here is my offering this morning
The filthy pot of water comes as standard
I am attempting my first face in a mixed media painting...Listen at me, painting!  Could be destined for the bin, we shall see.
The paper on the left I thought I would cut up into petal shapes to add collaged flowers, looking at it I am not sure why I thought these colours would "go".
Did a bit more work on her this afternoon
Photo of something that makes me very happy when I see them, I just break out into a smile everytime.  Fabulous damselfly

And 2 of my beautiful cats because I love um.  Chalky & Tabby

The journal page with the eye is looking really great! Love the two cats! Thank you for visiting me already in the uk the stamps are a bit more expensive yes, but the price in $ in the USA is a lot cheaper and on a par with other woodern stamps there. I have been stamping for almost 25 years and still own and use the first stamp I ever bought a PSX one, if I sold it today I would still get about half the price I paid for it I think, so I think stamps are a good crafting product you can use and use again then sell ..... Not that I have ever sold any of mine, but I probably ought to!!!!!! Thanks for your visit already

I think the 'petal paper' will go beautifully, cut into smaller pieces it won't have the same impact as the whole sheet after all. I like the face..lovely luminous type colours you're using. Don't bin it!

I love the bright orange paper and I think it would look great cut into petals and collaged. Love your cards at the top of your post too.

A busy desk - and it looks like you have plenty of company in your craft room - my cat loves to 'help.' Thanks for visiting earlier - yes SU is Stampin' Up I became a SU demo last Autumn as we no longer have any craft shops in our area to stock up on supplies - but I love getting all the big boxes in the post now!! Oh Jill. Well done on the face painting. It looks great. Your cats look cute too, though I am more of a doggie person myself.
Thanks for visiting.

Awww... the kitties! I love kitties. We have 5. I say "we" because my hubby needs to take some of the blame. Love your bright and colorful face painting. It's looking real good. I'd be leery of having a cup like that on my desk. I'd probably mistake it for juice and take a drink. Thanks for the visit earlier.
