Simon Says Wednesday Challenge  "Fathers Day"  elephant is entered in this also  as he is a manly animal for sure.

Its very easy for me to shop my stash and ferret all that stuff in intended to use out as I am still on a no purchase drive
Though I did have to purchase some more white card as I had ran out making all these cards I never normally make....

Anyway for the theme critters I have used this little elephant from a stamp pack bought some time ago that has only just come out the packet...
It is an 8x8 card so perhaps not that tiny

The card I used was stamps away stamping 200gsm it is quite shiny and the ink spread a little to well to what I am used to, did not dry instantly either so it gave a watercolour stamping effect, not what I expected but looks ok.  not sure I would use it again for ink blending techniques though, perhaps brayering??
Also I found that the clear elephant stamp using archival black stuck to the paper and was tricky to remove without ripping it?
